Customer experience has always been at the heart of what I do. I genuinely believe people deserve support that feels human and helpful, not just functional. When we take the time to listen and communicate with care, even a small interaction can leave someone with a good feeling about the whole experience.
That same mindset shapes how I think about operations. Good processes give people confidence. They take weight off the team and make the customer’s journey feel a lot less complicated. I really enjoy building structures that are simple and actually make sense for everyone involved.
Support is built by people, and that matters to me. I spend part of my time sharing insights and guidance with the professionals who show up every day to help others. It’s not an easy job, and I think a little encouragement and the right tools can go a long way in making it more sustainable and more fulfilling.
At the end of the day, these are the things I care about: experiences that feel worth having, operations that work, and people who feel ready to do their best.

Giving back has always been extremely important to me.
Giving back has always been an important part of how I work. In practice, that means mentoring people one-on-one, creating content and resources for support professionals, sharing knowledge in communities, and occasionally offering my time pro bono to those who need it. I believe that every moment of generosity has the power to create real connection, and that when people in this field feel supported and equipped, the impact quietly ripples outward in ways that are hard to measure but easy to feel.
